Visiting a new church can feel a little overwhelming — but we want you to know that at Milford United Methodist Church, you are welcome just as you are. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time, returning after some time away, or searching for a new church home, we would be honored to have you join us.
You belong here. Whether you’re seeking community, wanting to grow deeper in your faith, or just curious about what church might mean for you — there’s a place for you at Milford UMC.
- Spirit Celebration – 8:30 a.m. A contemporary service filled with uplifting praise songs led by our worship team. The atmosphere is relaxed and joyful.
- Traditional Worship – 10:30 a.m. A traditional service featuring hymns, liturgy, choir, and organ music in a more formal (but not too formal!) worship setting.
- Children's Church and Adult Sunday School start at 9:40am between the two services, and offer additional opportunity to grow in faith and community.
Services last about 60–75 minutes and include prayer, scripture, preaching, and opportunities to grow in faith together.
- Attire - You’ll see everything from jeans to dress clothes. Come in whatever makes you feel comfortable.
- Atmosphere - Welcoming, relaxed, and friendly!
- Communion - We celebrate an open table communion on the first Sunday of each month, and all are invited to receive Communion, regardless of church background.
Children are a vital part of our church family, and we welcome them in every service.
- A Prayground space is available for young children during worship.
- A Children’s Message is part of the service each week.
- Children’s Church starts at 9:40 am, and a Family Worship Room is available if you’d like a quieter space while still being connected to the service.
Ample parking is available with designated handicap parking near the main door. Entrances and all interior rooms are wheelchair accessible. We also provide hearing assistive technology for anyone who may need it.
We’d love for you to stay for coffee and fellowship. It’s a great chance to meet others, ask questions, and learn more about life at Milford UMC!
