Reaching out beyond our congregation in Christian love and service

MUMC Serves! is a new way for members and friends of the Milford United Methodist Church to discover the joy of knowing and serving Jesus Christ! This new program makes it easy to find concrete, practical ways to serve our community with the love of Christ. Below is a comprehensive, easy-to-use list of all the ministry opportunities in the church that you can browse.

Each listing provides the name of the ministry, a brief description of what you can do to help, and who to contact for more information. If you know of any other opportunities to serve, please feel free to enter them below, or email the Church at office@milfordumc.org.

Afternoon Off

Every Friday we care for folks with Alzheimers to give their loved ones the afternoon off. We do this here at our church and there is training involved. You do not need any special skills, just a willingness to help and the commitment to be here from 11:30-3:30 on Friday’s of your choice.
